Bio
Suzan Alaswad is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at Zayed University in Abu Dhabi. Dr. Alaswad received her PhD and Master degrees in Industrial Engineering from University of Arkansas. She also holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology. Prior to joining Zayed University, Dr. Alaswad worked as an adjunct Professor at the Industrial and System Engineering Department at Lehigh University. Her teaching interests include Operations Research, Operations Management, Statistics, and Stochastic Processes. Her research interests include decision making under uncertainty, health care system engineering, and operations management.
