Bio

Susan Zeidan is an Assistant Professor in the College of Business.  She studied Marketing and Management at the Lebanese University (BSc, 1998) and MBA (Double Major: Finance and IT) at Oklahoma City University in the USA (2001). She also holds a Ph.D. in Management from Victoria University in Australia (2007). She has delivered lectures as Associate Professor both at the undergraduate and the postgraduate level in the American University in Dubai and in the Canadian University Dubai. Se has also delivered lectures at the Doctorate level in Australia.  She acts as a reviewer for several international journals.

Susan Zeidan brings expertise in management, HRM and strategy from a global, theoretical and practical perspective. She has over 14 years of university teaching experience in HRM, strategic management and business research methods at the undergraduate, MBA and doctorate levels. She has also served on the editorial board of international journals and has acted as a reviewer for several journals and prestigious conferences including the Academy of Management conference. She has published her work in several international journals and conferences, and her publications have resulted in several research awards including ‘Best Paper’ awards at conferences in the USA and Australia. On the professional side, she has several years of professional experience working in industries in Australia and doing consultancy projects for several organizations both in Australia and in the UAE.
