Bio

Marsha’s professional experience includes positions as a technical writer in the insurance industry, financial manager in an NGO educational institution.  She also worked as a consultant in design and implementation of computing systems for small businesses.  While a graduate student, Marsha worked as a court reporter, specializing in SEC and FDA hearings.  Marsha has been a faculty member in the College of Business at Zayed University since 1998.  From 1999 through 2008, Marsha was actively involved in the development and delivery of the student leadership program at Zayed University as Program Developer on the Abu Dhabi campus.  Her graduate education includes an MBA in Management Information Systems and a Masters in Research in Leadership Studies.  She is currently enrolled as a doctoral candidate in management studies at the University of Bristol in the UK.
