Bio

Rund Hiyasat is an Assistant Professor of Interior Design at Zayed University, UAE. She has obtained her master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Jordan, in Amman, Jordan. Rund has gained her experience through multiple prestigious institutions, including the National Center for Security and Crises Management, in Amman, Jordan, the Deutsche Bank AG, in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Abu Dhabi University, and Al Ahliyya Amman University. Her research focuses on the effect of the built environment on human behavior. Her research has appeared in the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, and Architecture and Modern Information Technologies.
