Bio

Joelle has been a graphic design adjunct instructor at the College of Arts & Creative Enterprises in Zayed University, Abu Dhabi, since January 2018. Joelle obtained her Masters of Art degree in Media Studies (advertising emphasis) from Notre Dame University in Beirut, Lebanon where she also obtained her Bachelors of Art in Graphic Design degree in 2002. Joelle’s spectrum of experience in the graphic design field is wide where she has worked as a senior creative designer in advertising agencies and in a printing press, oversaw the production of multiple projects and has been involved in a variety of freelance print based design projects. Joelle has discovered her passion for teaching in 2008, and has taught in multiple universities in Beirut, Lebanon before she moved to Abu Dhabi. Her teaching expertise lies in Identity design and editorial design and she is always looking to expand the scope of her teaching skills and expertise.
