Bio

Ghalya AlSuwaidi is a dedicated Technology Trainer at Zayed University's Abu Dhabi Campus, bringing over 17 years of experience in technology education and implementation providing Training and technological guidance to faculty, staff, and students. As both an IT Training Specialist and a former College of Technological Innovation faculty member teaching Multimedia and Web design, Ghalya has developed a comprehensive understanding of the educational technology landscape, her role involves assessing training needs, coordinating group and individual training sessions, and developing a wide array of training aids, including user manuals, tip sheets, and multimedia tutorials. Ghalya's expertise extends to evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, including AI, to optimize academic processes across the university.
Ghalya works as a key figure in coordinating technical awareness across Abu Dhabi and Dubai campuses through identifying training needs and developing comprehensive programs to address skills gaps.
