Quality Matters

Quality Matters (QM) is the global organization leading quality assurance in online and innovative digital teaching and learning environments. The CEI team have been trained to deliver the following QM courses to ZU faculty:

• Intro2QM
• QM Rubric and Standards: An Overview
• Alignment: The Foundation for Course Design
• The Role of Presence in Blended and Online Courses
• Keep things cool with ICE: That is Interaction, Communication, and Engagement

Upon completion of each of the courses, faculty are awarded a QM certificate.
