As part of the iPad Mobile Learning Initiative, for spring 2013 we have launched a pilot program within each of the colleges in order to build college-based expertise and support faculty early adopters. Because iPad integration is quickly moving towards the colleges it was essential that we build some collegiate readiness.
Project Outcomes
Participants will...
- be able to explain the pedagogical possibilities of the iPad for one of the courses or subjects they teach.
- have developed specific plans for at least two comprehensive activities/strategies for incorporating the device in their course(s).
- share their findings with their colleagues within the College and beyond.
- be able to provide suggestions to the college for further implementation.
