Hotel Reservation Guidelines

• The Travel Services will  reserve  and confirm  suitable accommodation for the period requested.

• Zayed University normally covers the cost of the room and internet usage only.

• The University will not reimburse for any additional cost of accommodation over and above the single occupancy rate relating to non - University staff ( for example - spouse, children travelling as a companion)

• While travelling for international conferences, please note that one will  have to make own hotel arrangements and which will subsequently be re-imbursed.
