Abela - Started with Zayed University in 2007, providing the highest quality of food, prepared, presented and delivered to the exact specifications to ZU community, by maintaining the utmost levels of customer satisfaction, food safety and hygiene.

Rosmarinos - Italian cuisine (located next to the main cafeteria). Rosmarino' is an Italian themed outlet and pasta station. It focuses on healthy eating, freshness, speed of service and value for money in a fast paced environment
Sandellas - Flat Bread (located at the end of Atrium). Sandella’s is the largest and fastest growing flatbread concept in the World! It is an upscale, fast casual Café serving premium, health-conscious and great tasting menu items served on Sandella’s proprietary brick oven flatbread
One2Three Juice Bar at the cafeteria where you can have the natural fresh juices, fruit cocktail, smoothies, shakes and low fat frozen yogurts. Abela & Co. has developed in house frozen yogurt, smoothies and fresh juices concept branded One2three. It is a special blend of fresh ingredients that makes One2three frozen yogurt, velvety in texture, subtle in flavor and healthy in features. Combined with a big variety of fresh fruits and wild berries toppings, the health conscious can have a delicious guilt free dessert
Z'aatar W'aktar - Arabic bread, etc (main cafeteria). Serves an authentic Mediterranean meals on the go. Using authentic and healthy Mediterranean ingredients in the recipes for manakeesh, shawarma, falafel, Lebanese snacks, mixed grills; “Zaatar”, white cheese, olive oil, spinach, lean chicken and meat, beans and chickpeas are the ingredients plus “Aktar” our own little twist in the making
-Bean There is located at the 1st Floor , Cafeteria Building. Is an upscale coffee-shop concept serving a variety of gourmet home-made sandwiches, exotic fresh salads, a wide variety of irresistible pastries and desserts made fresh daily. In addition to the high quality gourmet coffees, a wide variety of tea and juices are available.
-Zee U- is an Indian/ Chinese fusion, restaurant, offering a variety of mouth watering soups, starters, live cooking and main courses inspired by both cultures. Located at the 1st Floor of the Cafeteria building.
- Hoad Hida - Convenience store concept, located at the 1st Floor of the Cafeteria. A gift shop offering a wide selection of gadgets, cosmetics, accessories, flower, baloons and grab and go food.
-Burger N'More - a branch of Abela & Co is a “guilty” pleasure that you will not want to keep secret has opened on the 1st Floor of the Dining Building, Dubai Campus. Choose from home style pure beef and chicken burgers or try the American-inspired crispy fried chicken and traditional hot dogs. Complete the celebration of the all American classic with crispy fries or onion rings or indulge in the homemade apple turnover.

- La Vita Coffee shop , located at the center of the Atrium. La Vita specializes in Italian coffee and food; however, in order to satisfy the majority of customer, they have extended their menu offering to include a wide range of food and beverages while still maintaining the high quality and freshness of their products. Apart from providing different espresso based beverages made out of premium Arabica coffees, also provide non-coffee blended beverages, hot chocolate drinks, smoothies, flavored teas, iced drinks and La Vita’s unique fresh juice cocktails.
- Magrudys - located at the Atrium, Entrance to the D- Wing. ( front side of La-Vita Cafe) contact number is 04-3260232 . They are selling ZU Merchandise items, books for all ages plus wide range of cards, toys, stationery, and arts & crafts materials. They also offer an ordering service if you do not have what you need in-house.
