Vendor Management


Zayed University is using an e-Procurement Portal (Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement) through which we aim to interact with our vendors, suppliers and consultants and to enable new vendors to register online. We appreciate our relationship with you and aim to strengthen and develop it further. New vendors are encouraged to register using the below registration link. Registration is free, quick and easy. Once registered, the system will send you an email notification when relevant opportunities are advertised.

Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement is an integrated source-to-settle suite that automates business processes, enables strategic sourcing, improves supplier relationship management and simplifies buying resulting in lower risk, improved savings and greater profitability.

For new suppliers:

Please make sure that you have the following documentation available before attempting to register:

  • Full company profile document

  • Valid company trade license (UAE companies only)

  • Valid certificate of chamber of commerce and industry (UAE companies only)

  • Free Zone Authority License (for companies registered in a Free Zone Authority in UAE)

  • Power of Attorney (POA) or equivalent document that states the authorized signatories for your company.

  • Bank Letter with complete account details

  • List of clients within the UAE

  • VAT certificate from The Federal Tax Authority
