Zayed University's Photography Club presents "Dubai: the pearl of the world"

Zayed University’s Photography Club is set to launch its Photography exhibition, entitled “Dubai: The pearl of the world” on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at the Gold Souk Atrium in Dubai Mall. This exhibition will showcase over 20 chefs d’oeuvre pertaining to about a dozen of Zayed University students.
 
Aisha Albudoor, President of the club said: “Our initiative aims to familiarize Dubai Mall visitors with the beauty of Dubai’s culture, its past and its present, and to introduce them to the work of art of young talented Zayed University students.” 
The gallery of pictures exhibited for three days covers historic and modern attractions of Dubai, such as the Bastakyia and Downtown Dubai, the clock tower, traditional Arabian horses, and the Dubai airshow.

Zayed University’s Photography Club is regularly engaged in many internal and external activities including the National Day festivities at Zayed University and the Art Fiesta. The club administration also organizes shooting trips for students around the UAE, in an attempt to enhance their photography skills and enrich their knowledge.
