Graduation Instructions - Female Undergraduate

ZUCongratulations to our graduates on this achievement !

The Graduation Ceremony of Zayed University for the seventh cohort of females in Bachelor degree will take place as follows:   

Day 1 – Morning

Saturday  20 / April / 2019

College of Communication and Media Sciences

  • At 11:00 AM

  • Zayed University Abu Dhabi campus – Convention Center – Sheikha Fatima Theater   

  • Car parking, Gate (3 & 5)

The ceremony will begin at 11:00 AM. All Graduates should arrive at the theater by 9:00 AM.

Day 1 – Afternoon 

Saturday  20 / April / 2019

College of Arts & Creative Enterprises

College of Business 

Abu Dhabi and Dubai

  • At 5:00 PM

  • Zayed University Abu Dhabi campus – Convention Center – Sheikha Fatima Theater   

  • Car parking, Gate (3 & 5)

The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM. All Graduates should arrive at the theater by 3:00 PM

Day 2 – Afternoon

Sunday  21 / April / 2019

College of Natural and Health Sciences

 College of Education

Abu Dhabi and Dubai

  • At 4:00 PM

  • Zayed University Abu Dhabi campus – Convention Center – Sheikha Fatima Theater   

  • Car parking, Gate (3 & 5)

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. All Graduates should arrive at the theater by 2:00 AM.

Day 3 – Morning

Monday  22 / April / 2019  

College of Technological Innovation

College of Humanities and Social Sciences

Abu Dhabi and Dubai

  • At 10:00 AM

  • Zayed University Abu Dhabi campus – Convention Center – Sheikha Fatima Theater   

  • Car parking, Gate (3 & 5)

The ceremony will start at 10:00 AM. All Graduates should arrive at the theater by 8:00 AM

Graduation instructions:

  • Graduates should contact their colleges to receive their invitation cards and gowns.

  • If you are employed and you want a letter for your workplace, please request it through: http://eservices.zu.ac.ae/main/Services/Servicecard/Alumni/Request-Alumni-letter---Graduation-Leave-Request--Work-

  • Three invitation cards are available for each graduate, please note that visitors should arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony starts.

  • The Ceremony will start on time and the duration of the ceremony is one hour.

  • For all female graduates please wear comfortable clothes underneath the graduation gown. 

  • All graduates will be on the stage during the ceremony, so please keep your belongings in a safe place until the ceremony finish.

  • All rewarded graduates should remain seated until the end of the ceremony for the group photo and the closing celebration.
