Goals and Purposes

The Alumni Mentoring & Leadership Professional Development Committee has been created to:

• Support the vision and the mission of Zayed University and contribute to the social advancement of the UAE. 

• Provide opportunity for alumni to work within the community, offering needed support and services and serve the UAE community.

• Offer current students and graduates the opportunity to exchange ideas and receive feedback from ZU graduates who act as role models and assist in personal and professional development. Through a mentoring relationship, networking and learning opportunities will be created by MLPD members, connecting diverse cultural and college backgrounds.

• Develop leadership and networking skills for all involved, and provide a supportive environment in which graduates and students can explore behaviors that will contribute to their self-development.

• Expand the personal and professional network of graduates, students and field experts.
