Course Pre-Requsities:
There are no pre-requisites for joining this level of the course, however completion of the SHRM® Essentials of Human Resource Management course is advantageous as it provides a comprehensive overview of the basics of HR while this course covers Employment Law from a US perspective. The course is specifically designed for managers and staff with considerable experience at least two years of exempt-level (professional) experiencein general management or human resource management.
