STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS AND CLUBS
The university encourages the establishment of a variety of student organizations and clubs reflecting student interest and individual/group accomplishment of learning outcomes determined by the University. All student organizations are subject to rules/regulations and policies/procedures of the University. In addition, a student organization or club must have a faculty or staff advisor to be officially recognized/registered by the University.
The Student Services Office on each campus and the Dean of Student Affairs must first approve all student organizations and clubs. Students and/or faculty/staff interested in establishing a student organization or club should obtain the Student Organization/Club Application Form from the Activities Coordinator in the Student Services Office. Once the form is submitted, the Student Services Office and the Dean of Student Affairs will review the application for status as an official student organization or club for approval.
