Official Transcript:

What is an Official Transcript?

The Registrar's Office issues official transcripts only. All transcripts will have the official Zayed University seal affixed to each page thereby authenticating them.

Transcripts can be issued in three ways - directly to a third party, to a student to be given to a third party or directly to a student.

  • To a third party: Transcripts are usually requested when you apply to another institution. In order to ensure the transcript's authenticity, most institutions require that the transcript be mailed directly to them  by Zayed University.
  • To be given to a third party: Transcripts issued to the student for delivery to a third party are put in a sealed envelope. The envelope is stamped and signed to deter tampering with the transcript before it arrives at its destination.
  • Directly to a student: Transcripts are issued to students for personal purposes (e.g. job interviews, immigration purposes, etc.).

Student Identification Card:

When you are admitted to Zayed University, you will be issued a student identification card. This card is the property of Zayed University and must be returned if you withdraw, suspend your registration or graduate. You are not to use another student's identification card for any purpose or to pass a student's card in front of the card readers as though it were your own. Failure to comply with this policy will result in student discipline.

Replacement ID Cards:  Replacement ID cards cost 50 AED. If you have lost your ID you must go to the Finance Department and pay for the replacement ID and bring the receipt to the Registrar's Office.  Replacement ID's normally takes 2 days to be issued.
