Hotel Rooms are being held for conference delegates at the following hotels In Abu Dhabi except for Park Rotana Khalifa Park. Most of accommodation being on Yas Island. Yas Island is a short drive from Abu Dhabi's city centre, Women as Global Leaders conference venue, and international airport which is well served by the majority of international carriers, including Etihad Airways, the National Airline of the United Arab Emirates. For more information about Yas Island please visit www.yasisland.ae For undergraduate female full time students only twin share accommodation for 4 nights is included in your conference registration fee. Students will be required to provide written and signed confirmation that they are a current student at your university, together with a scanned copy of passport information page, prior to registering to attend. Undergraduate Students: A female university or college student pursuing undergraduate degree (e.g. bachelor’s degree) and studying full time. For Graduate Students and Professionals (e.g. graduate, post graduate, doctoral), university staff, faculty, NGO’s and business people or any other category besides undergraduate full time students accommodation is at your cost for the duration of your stay. Definition of student types for conference registration purposes: 2. Graduate Students and Professionals: A university or college student who has already received a degree (e.g. bachelor’s degree) and are now pursuing a graduate degree (e.g. masters or doctoral degree) or post doctoral degree. Definition of student types for conference registration purposes: 3. GCC and U.A.E University Students, Faculty and Staff : A undergraduate or graduate student, faculty and staff member who attend or work at a U.A.E based government or private university. Please be advised that there are only a limited number of hotel rooms available at the conference rate so hotel reservations will be handled on a first come first served basis.
