This event which extended a warm welcome to our Alumnae and the first reunion that bonds them to ZU. 40 graduates from different majors have attended the meeting and participated in setting the strategic plan in collaboration with faculty and staff who accepted to participate as facilitators to encourage graduates to come up with their thoughts, comments and ideas that would play an important role in developing the services to our graduates.

Here are some ideas and issues that discussed in the meeting:

• Ø Career Development and Continuing Education by establishing Alumnae Board and supporting the Alumnae with scholarship opportunity.
• Ø Establishing Mentoring Programs to support current students.
• Ø Arrange Career Advise Workshops for graduates in their first year job.
• Ø Supporting networking among graduates through the trips, gathering events and establishing clubs.
