• Grants.gov: Fund administered by the US Department of Health and Human Services
• National Science Foundation (NSF) is an independent US federal agency created, "to promote the progress of science; to advance the national health, prosperity, and welfare; to secure the national defense…" 
• Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF) aims to advance knowledge and education by providing support to researchers. Although QNRF actively seeks internationally recognized researchers, it is dedicated to funding research that meets the needs of Qatar.
