How do I apply to Zayed University?

UAE nationals:

Applying to ZU when studying in Grade 12 or immediately after completing high school:

Students who are applying to ZU after completing high school must apply through the NAPO website, online application at http://www.mohesr.ae/napo/

Transferring from HCT / UAEU: (NOT having completed a diploma)

Students who are transferring to ZU from another institution must apply through the NAPO website, online application at http://www.mohesr.ae/napo/

Transferring from a private institution: (NOT having completed a diploma)

Apply in person at the ZU Admissions office with transcripts along with course descriptions(only in English) and original IELTS (5.0 or greater) or iBT 61 or more.

Required Documents for UAE National Transfer, Graduate or Mature applicants for Admission to ZU

In addition to completing the application form found in the Office of Enrollment Management on any of our campuses, we also require the documents listed in the applicable category below

If you are a UAE National who is entering University for the first time and completed high school more than 1 year ago (Mature applicant) please bring us:

A Copy of the applicant's valid UAE passport
A Copy of the applicant's valid UAE National ID Card or Certificate
A Copy of the applicant's birth certificate
The applicant's final grade 12 school report certificate
2 passport sized photos

If you are a UAE National who is transferring from another University/Institution, or who has graduated with a Diploma or Higher Diploma from HCT please bring us:

A Copy of the applicant's valid UAE passport
A Copy of the applicant's valid UAE National ID Card or Certificate
A Copy of the applicant's birth certificate
The applicant's final grade 12 school report certificate
2 passport sized photos
An official transcript, in English, from the transfer institution and course syllabus information, in English, for each course listed on the transcript
Provide a valid IELTS certificate with an average overall score of 5.0 or greater (no individual score less than 4.5) or a valid TOEFL iBT certificate with a score of 61 or greater.

To be valid, an IELTS/TOEFL iBT test score must be less than 2 years old.
