Partner UniversitiesNortheastern University The participation of the partner university allows the Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship program to select experts in their respective fields of study who bring a depth of knowledge and an emphasis on practical application, both of which are essential to creating a relevant masters program. The Center for Technology Management and Entrepreneurship at the Northeastern University's College of Business Administration has four areas of core strength: running and growing family businesses primarily in the retail and services industries; technology startups; corporate entrepreneurship in large, well established corporations; and the emerging area of social entrepreneurship where teams of students do micro-lending in distant countries. Besides being accomplished researchers, faculty are also entrepreneurs and innovators who take leading roles in Northeastern programs for IBM (the world's largest computer company), EMC (the world's largest storage company), BAE (one of the world's largest defense contractors), The MathWorks (the leader in mathematical computing software), and Mars (the world's largest chocolate and pet food manufacturer).
