Scott MartinAssistant Professor . BioScott completed his Ph.D. at Ohio State University in 1987 in organizational psychology. He then held a variety of organization development and human resource generalist positions in industry for 20 years. He worked with a number of large organizations including General Electric, IBM, McGraw-Hill and Payless ShoeSource. Scott’s research has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Journal, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. His work has also appeared in various trade magazines including HR Magazine and Personnel Journal. Scott joined Zayed University in 2008.
