Francois BesterInstructor BioFrancois has extensive experience as an organisational change and development consultant and as a learning and development manager. He worked for local and multi-national companies in Africa, and in the oil and gas sector in the Middle East before joining ZU. He has acted as a personal coach to a range of executives in his career. He also consulted to many organisations in the Middle East on organisational effectiveness, learning & development, and employee assessment. Francois has taught courses at the Executive MBA level in Organisational Change & Development, and Organisational Behaviour. He is currently writing his PhD thesis on the process of employee identification with work in multi-cultural organisations.
