Bio

Brent T. McCallum  CIA, CPA, CMA, CFM, CFE, has been an Assistant Professor/Executive-in-Residence at several US/AACSB accredited universities, an SEC Practice Director and Manager at two of the five largest international accounting, tax and business advisory consultancies, as well as being a principal and independent financial consultant over the last twenty years.  He has successfully guided firms in the real estate, marketing and travel industries through going public on the NYSE.  He has helped diverse veteran- and minority-owned concerns develop and implement winning government contracting strategies.  He has authored numerous articles on such topics as quality controls at premier medical outsourcers, advising expatriate clients, and other EM finance and audit issues.  He has taught at the Zayed University (UAE), the University of Connecticut, the American University of Sharjah (UAE), the American University (Washington, DC), and Georgetown University.  He is considered a lively and informative speaker and has successfully presented before a mix of industry, professional and academic audiences.  He has received a numerous awards of merit including the CIA’s William H.
