Anup NandialathAssistant Professor BioProfessor Anup Nandialath completed his PhD at the Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University (USA). Prior to joining Zayed University in 2012, Prof. Nandialath was an Assistant Professor in the department of Strategic Management and Political Enterprise at HEC Paris (ranked # 1 for the best European Business schools by Financial Times in 2011). Prior to embarking on an academic career Prof. Nandialath was involved with conducting economic research for one of the leading English language financial dailies in India. He is also a professionally certified accountant from India. His research interests are focused on Corporate Strategy, Strategic human resource management, Corporate Governance and Technology Strategy. His work has been accepted at international refereed journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management and The International Journal of Business Innovation and Research. He was also the recipient of the runner up award to the best paper in Financial Economics at the Finance and Corporate Governance Conference, 2010 in Melbourne, Australia. Academic research aside Professor Nandialath has also been involved in working with the industry and developing a relationship between academia and practice.
