Information for Dubai Graduates

• Please arrive at the university no later than one hour before the start of the ceremony.
• Honors students are welcome to attend the ceremony with their colleagues.
• Photographers from Senirotia Studio will be there if you are willing to have pictures taken with your friends and you have to pay them on the spot.
• First You have to go to Finance Department any time between 8 to 1 pm or 2 to 3 pm and pay Dhs 250 to Darryl Pinto and get the receipt then take it to your college to collect your gown and entry passes for 2 visitors from your college:

Arts and Sciences:

• Art & Design: Nada Al Mansoori , Room Number ( C Wing -RL1 -047 )
• International Studies : Fatma AlShehhi, Room Number ( Between C & D Wing -RL1 -052 )
• Health Sciences : Khadija Mohamed,    Room Number ( C Wing -RL1 -052 )

Communication and Media Sciences: Andrea Juhasz Room Number (F - RL1- 095)

Information Technology: Hind Al Dosari , Room Number ( E - L1-075)

Education : Najat Al Safar, Room Number ( C Wing-L2 - office of Education Administration)

Business Sciences: Amal Al Hadad, Office of Enrollment Managment  

• One person will be allowed entry per pass.
• President's Award will be presented to the winner by HE Shiekh Nahayan
• Sheikha Fatma winners can pick up their awards after the ceremony.
• Refreshments will be served after the ceremony
• Children are not allowed
