GIVE BACK TO ZU!
You may be wondering what's new at Zayed
University and what your fellow graduates are up to
these days. Check out the Zayed University
site for details on recent news and events.
Zayed University supports and
welcomes the continued involvement of its
graduates. Now that you've graduated you might be
interested in knowing how to give back to the
University by volunteering your time. Your skills and
talents would be a
welcome addition to the Alumnae Association Board.
The Alumnae Association Board plans activities and
events for graduates. As a recent graduate you are
best aware of the services and support that other
graduates require.
What ideas for events, activities, programs or
services do YOU have? Are YOU willing to help plan
events, activities, programs or services? The
Alumnae Office's role is to support you as Zayed
University graduates. We need YOUR assistance to
ensure that YOU are getting the support you need.
Let us know of any ideas you have. The more
involved
graduates are in contributing their ideas and their
time, the more opportunities for YOU and all the
graduates there will be. You were a student at Zayed
University for a short while, but you'll be a graduate
for the rest of your life. Please take the time to give
back to your school. YOUR personal assistance in
the form of a volunteer
would be greatly appreciated by the University
community.
If you like to lend a helping hand by representing your
college on the Board or have an idea for an activity,
program or event, please contact Renee at
renee.burt@zu.ac.ae or 02 4079-824 to learn more
and sign up.

| AUDIT A COURSE AT ZU |
| |
You're entitled to take one
course at Zayed University after you graduate. The
course does not have to be related to your major and
will not effect the GPA that you graduated with (it
will be marked as a pass or fail on your official
transcript though). HOW? Please follow these steps:
- Check this link to see courses available.
- Talk to the Registrar's office (located in Student
Services area) to see if spaces are still available in
that class.
- If space is available you will need to talk to the
instructor of that course. He or she must agree to
have you in their class. If they agree, have them fill
out the office ZU request form (available from the
ARO).
- Return the form to the Registrar's office to be
registered.
