All authors should register and
submit materials online.

All contributions must be submitted in English.

Contributions must not exceed 800 words. Figures,
tables and diagrams may be included in addition to
the 800 words.

Articles must be submitted electronically in
Microsoft Word.

Articles should be written for the general online
public. In other words, don’t use too many technical
words and clarify any industry-specific concepts.
Keep sentences and paragraphs short, as online
readers tend to scan.

Articles must relate either directly or very
strongly to the Gulf region.

Each contribution must include a concise 50 – 75
word abstract summarizing the article.

The main author must be a student at a Gulf
university or college.

Each student author or team must have a faculty
adviser review the submission.

Each author must submit:

a short biography of 75 words or less;
-
a recent photograph in high-resolution digital
format (preferably a headshot) – team shots or
pictures in full shayla are acceptable;
e-mail address, telephone numbers and where
applicable, fax number;

the name of the affiliated university.
