rooms overview

Auditorium

A sleek designed purpose built venue encompassing an auditorium of 513 static seats with in built simultaneous translation booths for 2 languages. This stunning room is acoustically lined to ensure enhanced and balanced sound quality throughout. Two access points to the venue allow for smooth transition of delegates both in and out. The ample sized stage accommodates presentations, panel discussion or small productions. Front projection is via a ceiling mounted projector onto a built in drop down screen at the rear of the stage. There are also plasma screens located at the middle of the room to allow delegates sitting towards the rear of the room to also have a clear view.

Multi Purpose Hall

452 sqm makes up the versatile multi purpose hall. This is a wonderful room with many possibilities to use in conjunction with the auditorium as a lunch area or as a stand alone conference room for classroom, cabaret or theatre style. There is also the option to use the purpose built hollow oval table with voting system and full IT requirements for each of the 25 delegates seated around the table which was designed specially for the ALESCO Conference in 2007. This room has dual projection and screens with additional plasma’s to enhance viewing potential and comes with a full control room to ensure a top quality presentation is provided to your attendees.

Video Conference Room

2 fully equipped video conference rooms sit on the upper level with natural day light, both are boardroom style setup of 20 on oval purpose built tables. These rooms have projectors and plasma screens, and full video conference capabilities.

Enough to allow small exhibition booths or simply a table and some branding. The ground floor can also be used for a seated buffet lunch.

An ample sized registration desk is located on the ground floor with a large storage area immediately behind.

We have prayer rooms located on the upper level for both ladies and gentleman.

Conference Rooms

Six additional conference rooms on the upper level, all with natural daylight. Five of these rooms are able to offer different styles of set up and have views over the Courtyard or grounds to the rear of the University, the sixth room is set for boardroom on a purpose built oval. Each room also has projector and drop down screen and video conferencing in 2 of these rooms.

Executive Dining Area

With a capacity of up to 220 on rounds of ten this area is ideal for conferences to use for their seated buffet lunch requirements or larger standing buffets on cocktail rounds. With natural daylight and views over the central courtyard this room is a very pleasant dining area for delegates to relax and network. It would also be a lovely room for an art exhibition as the natural daylight really brings this room to life.

Executive Dining Area

Press Room

Situated on the upper level, equipped with a printing room, this is the ideal location for press during your event or as useful office space for more behind the scenes work from the conference organizer. This room can be fully kitted out to suit the requirements with IT equipment. Also with stunning views, this area could be used for a standing reception.

Vip Majlis

Upper level and perfectly designed to accommodate all VIP dignitaries attending events, the Majlis is located next to the lifts from the ground floor and back to the Auditorium which means whether your VIP’s are waiting to attend events on ground or first floor they can quickly access the correct venue.
