The Center for Business Excellence at Zayed University is the outreach unit of the College of Business Sciences. The Center's mission is to provide continuing education, training, consulting and collaborative research relevant to the economic and social development of the UAE and the GCC, CBEX uses business expertise from faculty and professional staff of Zayed University.

The Center for Business Excellence provides a range of services from standard certification courses to company specific training and consulting projects in order to promote individual and organizational development.

CBEX services include:

Tailored Courses in a range of subjects, including: business strategy, leadership, entrepreneurship, human resource management, project management, customer service, English for special purposes, economics, accounting, business planning & budgeting, investment, marketing and business communications.

Management Consulting on strategy, HR systems, competency frameworks, organizational development and change management, executive and leadership development, coaching, cross cultural communications, business planning and the Balanced Scorecard.

Open Certification Courses from internationally recognized organizations in the following areas: Human Resource Management, Marketing, Accounting, Leadership & Management.

Special Projects and Research on topics including business strategy, economic development, workforce planning, business systems and training & development.

Emiratization Projects to prepare selected UAE Nationals to take up and succeed in positions in general management or specific functional areas.
