Sponsorship Opportunities
Corporations and companies who wish to participate in the sponsorship of the Arab-U.S Association for Communication Educators (AUSACE) conference to be held in October 27 through October 30, 2007 in Zayed University campus in Dubai have three types of sponsorships:
The Diamond Sponsorship (Limited to one Sponsor)
As a partner sponsor, your organization will receive maximum exposure throughout the conference cycle. Partnership Sponsorship will provide your organization with numerous networking, branding and promotional opportunities.
A premium package of benefits has been created to capitalize and provide your organization a high level of visibility before and during the conference. Partnership Sponsorship offers you exclusive opportunities to promote your organization and to strengthen its workforce. We would like to assure you that only your organization will be included in this category.
Partner Exclusive Privileges
- At the Press Conference to launch the 2007 (AUSACE) conference, Partner Sponsors will be prominently featured, including an opportunity for a representative of the Partner to speak.
- Speaking opportunity at plenary session.
- 10 VIP seating at opening ceremony.
- On-site career development booth to interview Zayed University students and graduates, along with other interested participants. This could be organized as a day were you can showcase your company to the students and faculty members.

Promotion and Branding During the Conference
- Corporate logo prominently displayed on stage during opening and closing ceremonies.
- Acknowledgement of sponsors in opening ceremony; special recognition of the Partner Sponsor both during the program and at associated special events
- 10 VIP seats at head table of Gala Dinner
- Two branded tables (10 guests per table) at Gala Dinner
- Logo featured in signage and banners displayed at the conference site
- Logo and corporate profile featured prominently in conference program as a Partner Sponsor
- Opportunity to conduct a branded presentation or an advertisement about your services on a slide show screen at the coffee break.
- One page advertisement in conference program
- Opportunity to provide inserts in the delegates bags
- Corporate literature included in each delegate’s package of conference materials
- Exhibition stand or tabletop display during the conference
Delegate Pass Allocation
Fifteen complimentary passes to the entire three-day (AUSACE) conference.
The cost of the Diamond Level of Sponsorship is AED 250,000.
The Platinum Level of Sponsorship (Limited to two sponsors)
As an Exclusive Sector Sponsor your organization will be the exclusive sponsor for your particular organization. You will enjoy promotional, branding and networking opportunities which link your organization firmly with Zayed University

- At the Press Conference to launch the (AUSACE) conference each Corporate Sector Sponsor will be featured
- Corporate logo coverage in all newspaper advertisements

- Designation of one special sessions as sponsored by each Platinum Level sponsor
- Logo featured in signage and banners displayed at the conference site
- Logo and corporate profile featured prominently in conference program as an Exclusive Sector Sponsor
- Corporate literature included in each delegate pack
- Exhibition stand or tabletop display in networking break area
Delegate Pass Allocation
Ten complimentary passes to the entire three-day (AUSACE) conference
The cost of the Platinum Level of Sponsorship is AED 100,000.
The Gold Level of Sponsorship (Limited to two sponsors)
Pre-Event Publicity and Branding
- At the Press Conference to launch the (AUSACE) conference representatives of Gold Level Sponsors will have honorary seating with sponsorship identified and corporate logo prominently displayed
- Corporate name/logo on all conference promotional materials
- Corporate name will be mentioned in all media coverage associated with the conference
- Links to sponsor’s web site from the conference web site
Promotion and Branding During the Conference
- Corporate logo displayed prominently at all general sessions including the opening and closing ceremonies
- Corporate logo and acknowledgement in conference Final Program and Abstracts
- Designation of one lunch as sponsored by two Gold Level sponsor each day.
- One complimentary trade booth at the conference site
- Corporate name/logo on all conference materials
- Corporate promotional materials included in each delegate package of conference materials
Delegate Pass Allocation
Six complimentary passes to the entire three-day (AUSACE) conference.
The cost of the Gold Level of Sponsorship is AED 50,000.
